To secure your appointment at Koi Lashes and Beauty, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. This helps us maintain a smooth scheduling process and protect against no-shows. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy: No-shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, your card will be charged 100% of the session cost. Late cancellations (within 24 hours): Your card will be charged 50% of the session cost. Early cancellations (more than 24 hours): No fee. You can reschedule your appointment without penalty.
